1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour or service with Wanderlust Escapes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

2. Booking and Payment

Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our authorized agents or directly through our website. A booking is confirmed only when we receive your deposit and issue a confirmation.

Payment Terms

• A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking
• Full payment is due 60 days before departure
• Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

• More than 90 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee
• 60-90 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
• 30-59 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee

Cancellation by Wanderlust Escapes

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, natural disasters, political instability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative arrangements.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, and other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is not included in our tour prices.

5. Health and Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for their chosen tour and have all required vaccinations and medications. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose health or behavior may endanger themselves or others.

6. Liability

Wanderlust Escapes acts as an agent for various service providers and is not liable for their acts or omissions. Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour, and we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, local conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives of equal value.
